About Us

GlobalMoto.net LLC is a retail only business located in Akron, OH. We first began the business in 2002 as "Hammy The Can Man" and "Blueflame USA". We specialized primarily in sportbike exhausts. We are still the same folks and continue to have a heavy emphasis on exhausts, but have expanded with additional products. We've consolidated our businesses with a fresh new name website and look. We appreciate our customers and strive to continue bringing you the very best price service and products from around the globe for years to come!

All membership and customer information will be kept private and may be used by GlobalMoto.net LLC for internal marketing purposes. GlobalMoto.net LLC does not sell any customer information. Because GlobalMoto.net LLC recognize that you have the right to privacy, we also recognize that you have the right to expect your personal financial information to remain private and secure. While certain information is critical to providing quality service, we cannot overlook the fact that one of our most important assets is our customers' trust. Ordering Online

Ordering On-line with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. Our Secure SSL Server utilizes 128 bit encryption technology, one of the strongest forms of encryption available today, for safe and secure Internet commerce. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal money order (only). Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

Returns will ONLY be accepted with prior written authorization. Authorization requests must be made within five days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for damaged goods or in the unlikely event you receive an item you did not request. Do we do not have a "try before you buy" policy, especially on exhausts. Shipping & Insurance costs will not be refunded. Often items are not kept on hand or are drop shipped in an effort to keep costs down. So please, only order items that you are certain you want. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns or special order cancellations, once authorized. The following policy is specific to all Blueflame orders: Blueflame pipes are available in several different configurations making it nearly impossible to maintain stock or inventory on hand. All Blueflame cans are made to order. Delivery time ranges from approximately 2-4 weeks on an average. It's greatly effected by the time of season. S please, do not order if you cannot be patient. It is imperative that you understand the custom order process and exercise patience. Incessant status inquires will not get your pipe shipped any faster. It is our goal to get your pipe to you as quickly as possible. Blueflame pipes come with a life time warranty against any type of manufacturing defects. GlobalMoto.net LLC will work with you through the manufacturer to repair or replace the item solely at their discretion. This warranty is extended to the original owner only and must have been purchased from GlobalMoto.net LLC. In addition, proof of purchase is required. We will not warranty "grey market" pipes purchase elsewhere as we are the only authorized Blueflame dealer in the USA. The warranty claim item must be returned prior to the item being repaired or replaced.

Warranty

In the unlikely event that you have a warranty issue, we will assist with you on getting the manufactures warranty honored. GlobalMoto.net LLC will not be responsible for any other expenses, including labor for removal of defective parts, incurred by the customer under the terms of ANY warranty. Nor shall GlobalMoto.net LLC be responsible for any damages, whether consequential, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising from the use of ANY products sold by us. GlobalMoto.net LLC is not responsible for any parts that are improperly installed. The customer is solely responsible for the proper installations of ANY parts they purchase. If in any doubt, we strongly encourage you to seek out a qualified professional mechanic.

Delivery Information

GlobalMoto.net LLC uses different shipping services that include FedEx, DPD, DHL, UPS, and U.S. Postal service. Items may be shipped direct from us to you, or drop shipped to you from manufactures or suppliers in an effort to get the items to you as soon as possible. Tracking numbers are always provided to you once the item has shipped. Though we sell the finest products from around the globe, we don't ship around the globe. Increasing International fraud and fluctuation in currency exchange rates prohibits us from shipping anywhere outside of the United States and Canada. Canadian customers are often charged additional costs for shipping. Canadian customer should contact us direct for current shipping costs.

Prices

GlobalMoto.net LLC strives to give you their best deals up front and values all customers equally regardless of their memberships status or affiliations. Sometimes manufacturers will have a price increase without giving notice to their dealers. Because of this, prices are subject to change without notice. All customers will be given the option to pay the current price or will be given a refund in full without penalty.
